Henry Botha has more than 30 years’ experience in the finance industry and is a well-regarded presenter specialising in financial acumen.

As an associate of the Melbourne Business School, Henry delivers strategic finance and business acumen on many programs, across both open and customised programs.

Additionally, he has delivered training programs in Bangkok for the Thai Institute of Directors. He also lectures for the Australian Institute of Company Directors in Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Beijing.

His recent directorships include: Medical Insurance Australia Pty Ltd, an APRA regulated insurer providing professional indemnity insurance to doctors in Australia.

Henry Botha also chaired the Audit Committee of Medical Insurance Australia Pty Ltd; Chairman of CPR Pharma Services Pty Ltd, a private-equity-funded contract research organisation which was subsequently sold to a Sydney based investor; Director of Levett Engineering prior to it being sold to Champ Private Equity, now known as CPE Capital.

Henry is well known for simplifying finance with highly interesting and engaging examples.

He has presented financial seminars for organisations in Australia, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur , Bangkok, Kuching, Dubai, Hong Kong, Auckland and Beijing.
